New Tire Returns:
• Tires may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unmounted and unused.
• Tires must be in original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
• A 15% restocking fee will apply.
• Custom or special-order tires are non-returnable.
Installed Tires:
• Tires that have been mounted/installed are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturer defect (see warranty section).
• Installation and service fees are non-refundable.

• Unused and unmounted tires may be exchanged for different sizes or models within 7 days, subject to availability.
• Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
